Reads What?

by Colby

I’m a reader. I’ll admit it. While I don’t have a ton of time to do it, I still work it in when I can. So, here are a few resources I’d recommend.

I’m a lover of most of John Maxwell’s stuff. He got me started in the leadership-way of thinking. Some of the best? Wow, I’d have to say:

The 360 Degree Leader

5 Levels of Leadership

Developing the Leaders Around You

But, how could I pick a favorite?

I also am a reader of a couple of other strong leaders, like Andy Stanley (Next Generation Leader), Mark Driscoll (Real Marriage), Craig Groeschel (Weird), and Steven Furtick (Sun Stand Still).

I read various blogs, including Leadership Freak by Dan Rockwell.

I read Simon Sinek’s blog as well as John Miller’s QBQ blog.

I would be remiss if I didn’t include Michael Hyatt, but his is more of a podcast, and I’ll speak more into that in the Listens To section.

There are a few more, including Jeremy Kubicek who wrote Leadership is Dead,  and of course, Chris LoCurto, who is a vital part of Dave Ramsey’s EntreLeadership.

Leaders are learners, I’ve figured that part out.

These are a few of the really good ones I’ve learned that I can learn from!
